Design Management Through Change
Moving from IC to design manager at HashiCorp during the IBM acquisition, inheriting a six-person team that had lost several senior managers in six months, and building the mechanisms that let it hold itself together without depending on me.
Integrated Role-Based Access Control
Terraform ran as its own portal, separate from HCP, while HashiCorp's growing platform needed integrated "better together" workflows. Bringing Terraform's role-based access onto HCP's platform-level IAM was the first step toward that convergence, normalizing two very different role models into one fine-grained system for platform engineers.
Data Solutions on Cloud Director
Data Solutions unified a fragmented set of Tanzu data-service workflows inside Cloud Director, enabling cloud providers, IT administrators, and developers to manage data services in one multi-tenant experience.
The Accu-Chek eCommerce Experience
A solo-owned redesign of Accu-Chek.com's purchase experience — a new subscriptions flow and a revamped checkout, look, and feel for a diabetes-care eCommerce site.
Screenless Typing
A research study formulating novel ways for blind and visually impaired people to type without a screen, over entirely auditory keyboards — supported by a Google Faculty Research Award and an NSF grant.
Campaign Management System
Redesign of IMIcampaign, a multi-channel (SMS, App Push, MMS, Email) campaign management platform, from an incrementally-grown tool into a manager-first, self-served application.
